Assaf Spector is a music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and composer with over two decades of experience across production, mixing, mastering, songwriting, sound design, and film scoring.
Assaf blends psychedelic 60s rock, funk, electronic music, world music, and Lo-Fi Hip-Hop into something genuinely his own. In 2023, he partnered with Grammy-nominated guitarist Gitkin to reimagine the blues — weaving together Gitkin's lyrical guitar with Assaf's rhythmic sensibility and string arrangements.
Over the years, he's collaborated with artists including Marcy Playground, Brockett Parsons (Lady Gaga), Sophia Urista, Derek James (Sting), and Andy Ross (OK Go), and created music for brands like MTV, Nike, Bank of America, and the NY Rangers.
Assaf works with musicians, filmmakers, and artists at every stage — from songwriting and arrangement to tracking, mixing, mastering, and final audio post. He plays drums, bass, guitars, keys, cello, viola, and more, and brings that same hands-on care to every project he touches.
